    Please Help, Turtle passed away.?

Posted in: Local News | Comments (1)

One of my red eared sliders died, She was in the tank this morning kinda sitting on the bottom and I just thought she was sleeping but then tonight when I went to go to bed she was still in the same position so I put my hands in and lifted her up slowly, She kinda moved her hind legs and her neck was floppy so I put her in the bath tub and filled it with perfect temperature water and when I lifted her sure enough she’s dead. So my problem is. Our Henryetta has passed, My children are in bed but it’s winter outside and a very frozen ground. What should I do with her? I called plenty of vets to see if we could get a cremation done but they won’t do it because she’s already dead and didn’t die in their presence. I am so upset and need suggestions, Please

    Thanks in advance

Hey Kids! Its Friday!!! What have we learned today?

Posted in: Local News | Comments (1)

Me? I learned when 8:00pm rolls around at the deli section of a major supermarket they throw away full heaping trays of fried chicken. I asked and they wouldn’t give me a deal on what was left, but they would rather throw it in the trash. I won’t say where this was, but the entire thought really Fry’s me!

    Sorry Henryetta
